Having been in business for many years, MPD never had professional branding or brand identity that would be recognized by its ideal audience. Without the same, Carrie & Andrew were facing a big challenge - presenting their brand in a consistent, confident way to attract and convert their luxury segment audience.

Ready to conquer Chicago’s luxury real estate and renovation space, MPD collaborated with me to build a rich, unique and meaningful brand system that fully resonates with their impeccable work. Since the real estate/interior design/renovation industry is very saturated, the branding requires in-depth research to uncover a unique selling point that will set the foundation for the brand’s profitability. Going through the signature branding process, I developed MPD’s timeless identity and collateral design that would speak directly to the ideal audience, attract them, and convert them into clients.

The firm has since expanded its services to cater to Virginia's high-end residential real estate market alongside Chicago.
